Avatar Accounted for Nearly 70% in the January Revenue of Chinese Cinema

According to the preliminary statistics, the revenue of the ultimate box office in January 2010 of China has broken 11.9 hundred millions RMB, which was many more than the box office of all the year in 2002 that was at the beginning of the China Film Industry reforms. While in 2008, the figure was 2.3 hundred millions RMB, 6.4 hundred millions RMB in 2009.
In this way, the box office in January of the last three years was increasing at a doubled rate.
The reporters has learned that, among some of the best movie theatres in Beijing, the rate of increase of the box office in January was nearly in synchronization with the box office around China.
Take the UME International Cineplex for example, in January 2008, the box office just broke 3 millions RMB, 6 millions RMB IN 2009, and breaking 1485 ten thousand at one fling which not only been doubled
